I have bought three cars from Norm Reynolds Motors over the last 20 years. Norm and his staff have always serviced my cars as well and I have always been more than happy with the result.
Nothing is ever too much trouble for Norm and his team and I have always found them to be very courteous and friendly. The quality of their vehicles is second to none and their workshop is run in a very professional and efficient manner.

In March 1995 I wrote you the following letter. Now in August 2009 I still have this car and you are still servicing it. This speaks for itself..........

Dear Norm,
I feel that a letter is the best way that Bev and I can express our sincere gratitude for the honest and co-operative way you have dealt with us when purchasing the VL Commodore. We struck a bargain and you have stood by it to the letter.
As a secondary teacher of Commerce, I have always impressed on my students that the greatest attribute they can carry with them through life is a sense of honesty and fair dealing and we found this with you.
We are tickled pink with the car , it is just what we wanted and the few "teething problems" we have had have been promptly fixed by you.
So just a letter of thanks and appreciation. Who said "Never trust a car salesman" eh?
