I appreciated his feedback and honesty about the work I required (mainly maintenace, with a very small renovation component) when he came out to quote. The job took a little longer than estimated due to bad weather and some minor additonal work identied as the job progressed. I expected this due to the age of the property. I'm very pleased with all the work Frank and his team have done, they were approachable, friendly and tidy. Frank and his team certainly went that extra mile.
