John Kruger, the director and person with whom I had most communication, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He returned phone calls and emails promptly and was happy to work through issues such as selection, quantity, and delivery/pickup options with me.
And, I have to add, Gutter Guardian's pricing was the most competitive available.
