I visited this spa a few days before my wedding for some waxing and pampering. Instead of leaving refreshed and relaxed, I was cold, disappointed and confused. The waxing was terrible! It was careless and the beauty therapist left patches everywhere. The body scrub was even worse, the lights were left on full blast, the towel used looked as if it had started its life as a "white" towel but was grey and dirty looking by the time I was there, and worst of all the water used was ice-cold! Did I mention this was in July?? I was freeeezing.

To be fair the service here was ok before this experience, but i'm not a happy customer and will not be back.
